This Privacy Policy describes how Powr Labs LLC ("Powr Labs", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit, make a purchase from, or otherwise interact with www.powr-labs.com (the "Site"). Information we collect

Information you provide: when you place an order or create an account we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details (payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us). When you contact support, subscribe to our newsletter or leave a review, we collect the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically: when you browse the Site we collect device information such as your IP address, browser type, time zone, referring pages and how you interact with the Site, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes analytics and advertising tools from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta (Facebook pixel) and Klaviyo.

How we use your information

We keep order information for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, and marketing data until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Children

The Site is not intended for individuals under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
