Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed on www.powr-labs.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number once it is available.

Shipping within the United States

We ship from the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping

Where international shipping is offered at checkout, delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7 to 21 business days. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Order changes and address errors

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@powr-labs.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If a package arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and product and we will send a replacement.
