Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Powr Labs gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You may return any item purchased on www.powr-labs.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Products that show heavy wear or damage from misuse may be subject to a partial refund.
12-month no-questions-asked warranty
Every Powr Labs heart rate monitor and sensor is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your device stops working, contact us and we will repair or replace it. Chest heart rate monitors also include free battery replacements for 12 months. Straps, mats and other accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months.
How to start a return or warranty claim
- Email support@powr-labs.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us resolve claims faster.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship items back without an authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (or confirm a warranty issue), your refund or replacement is processed within 3 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange by email.
Items purchased elsewhere
Products bought on Amazon or from another retailer are covered by the same 12-month warranty. For returns of those orders, please use the retailer's return process; for warranty claims, contact us directly at support@powr-labs.com.
